Seattle’s Own Champagne Champagne are set to open for Wu Tang Clan on January 25th at theShowbox SODO. This will be a night of great local hip hop, and then what many consider to be thegreatest rap group of all time. 

When 60’s pop-meets-80’s psych-punk bliss… They grew up in the same shithole and they love the same food.They were meant to play together because there was nothing else to do.

One night, back in March 2009, Guts moved into Nabiha’s house. Now neither one can really remember the exact order of events (Nabiha was the one cooking dinner for sure) but let’s say that somewhere in that month, they spent many nights writing and composing pop songs, recorded with enough money to buy a tuna sandwich. Then,

they hugged and played pickup sticks. Hulawhy was born…
